Is psychodynamic therapy effective online?

Research has continuously borne up the efficacy of online, remote psychotherapy, including a recent systematic review and meta-analysis of internet-delivered psychodynamic therapy.

How often are sessions?

Session frequency is decided at our first meeting, usually once to three times weekly. Meeting more often allows the work to deepen more quickly, leading to earlier and more robust benefits.

Do you take insurance or provide superbills?

Private pay only. On request, regular superbills are provided that can be submitted to insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. The initial consultation is $165; the ongoing fee is set together after committing to treatment, typically $135–185 per session.
